The Rho Chi Honor Society is a national pharmacy honor society that consists of students who have excelled academically. University of Buffalo is the Omega chapter of the society. In order for a student to be invited to join Rho Chi, they must have a GPA in the top 20% of their respective class following the completion of the fall semester of the second professional year. Rho Chi prides itself on academic excellence and its mission is to advance the practice of pharmacy through intellectual leadership.  Rho Chi members participate in tutoring and review sessions for other pharmacy students  as well as putting together other events such as wellness clinics, CPR certification classes and IV compounding reviews.

The Rho Chi Honor Society offers tutoring twice a week when school is in session. Further tutoring honors are available upon email request. Tutoring schedules are updated at the beginning of each semester.
